drums will have to come off and check for seized h/brake cables,wheel cylinders for leaks/seizure and check shoes,make sure linings are bonded to shoe ok and check levers and adjusters are free also,grind lip off drum and make sure they are adjusted up correctly.check hub oil seals are not leaking onto shoes also
