sometimes you can use the word ADMIN, for the default password, or you can you can try starting the labtop up in (safty mode) when the pc is booting up" keep pressing/tapping on F8, that should let you get into safty mode, then you should start the pc back up in safty mode" when you have it running in safty mode , go to (system restore) and pick a date that you last rember when it worked fine , 3 weeks back or more, and start it from that date, to find (system restore) click on start, all programs/accessories/systems tools/ restore system" you can do all this once you have it running in safty mode , you will not lose any information from your pc , from doing a system restore . it just puts your pc back to a time when it worked as normal .. good luck .
