Do anyone know how to rest WM5100 washing machine it is froze with the start, wash and spin light on?

switch on
press and hold the start button for 5 seconds

OR

turn off
select cotton 95
press and hold the start button whilst switching machine ON
wait till LED above start button comes on
now switch it off
