Is there a spare thermostate part for Scandinova DF902SS/A?

I have a 7 year old Scandinova DF902SS/A dual fuel cooker. The large/main oven is not heating up over 50 degrees on fan assisted or top/bottom settings -or any of the other settings. We just replaced the round heating element in the back around the fan thinking it might be a heating element (top element seems to heat up) but the oven still doesn't heat up to the temperature setting on the gage. Is there a temperature regulator or thermostate part that can be purchased for this oven? My husband thinks it's a thermostate or heating regulator that is malfunctioning, especially since the element has just been replaced. The smaller convection oven appears to functioning fine.
