spin the drum by hand and does it rumble?
put you fingers under the bottom edge of the stainless inner drum between the rubber door gasket at 6 o clock and try lifting the stainless drum upwards to 12 o clock.any movement up and down indicates bearing failure.total strip down and in some case whole new drum required as bearings can't be replaced.
