flame has gone out on my boiler (Potterton Netaheat Electronic)?

Please can someone tell me how I can reignite the flame? I'm assuming I will have to dismantle the front of the boiler and do it manually, but obviously i don't want to blow myself up! Help!!

i had to call nationalgrid in because they opened the front of the boiler and they had to found the relay switch stuck. they fixed it and thus the boiler worked.

do not open it yourself or touch the flame area.
