My central locking has stooped working on my vauxhall astra 2006 ?

My central locking has stopped working and there for leaving me unable to lock my car and can't get in to my boot I have replaced the fuse but still not working it's a vauxhall astra 2006 any suggestion really appreciated

ya needs re programmin turn ignition on leave 5 seconds press the key fob while ignition is on
