oil filter housing turning?

on my 2.5 v6 petrol engine of my 1999 omega the oil filter housing started turning when trying to undo the cap to renew the element. what action is required to resecure, help please.

i got a zafira which did this inside there is a halon key just tighten it up, hard get to tho
