NEFF Oven will not heat up?

I have a NEFF B1441 and when I try to use the Circotherm function the oven will not heat up but the conventional setting works still works OK. For a laymans viewpoint my guess is that it's the part that heats the air that has gone - the fan appears to work OK. Can someone help - a - am I correct, b - what is the part I need, c - how easy is it to fit??? Help..............

Thanks - got the fan element and fitted it but it's still doing exactly the same :-( Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Rob,
Go to: www.espares.co.uk. On the right hand side of the home page click on 'advice centre'. Now click on cookers and go to page 2. Part way down is the link to a video where Matt will show you how to change a fan oven element.
Easy peasy!
