Leisure 2100 Sterling SI gas cooker ?

The oven flame control thing wont work any more? Basically the flame is always at the same height (big) what could be wrong with it and any idea how much to fix it if it is possible to fix

Therer are two compartments in the cooker. Which one is the grill and which one is the oven?

The one at the bottom has the flames . But according to the signs, given on the cooker, it is the oven. Oven could not have flames. Please keep me informed
