power steering gone on ford transit ?

power steering really heavy on ford transit 03 van cant drive it... checked fluid thats fine where is the power steering belt located so i can check it

look at the end of the camshaft,g/box end,there is a small fan belt under plastic cover,auto adjusters are bad for breaking up,think this drives the p.a.s. pump and water pump
