My front load tumble dryer is pretty noisy, even with a small load in it. I think the drum is hitting the sides of the unit. Has anyone had this problem before?

Iv seen other forums and youtube and some say its "kindof" normal for it to sound like this but its even louder than my washing machine when its unbalanced.
