camray 5 40/65 external heating syestem not working?

i have a camaray 5 40/65 external oil fired heating system that runs ok and heats up all the radiators then one by one they go cold.and stay cold.can anyone help please had it checked twice by local enginer.£800 pound atime.still does the same.
