Programming Sharp ER-A570?

I bought this cash register used. I thought it was the same as the 550 I have. I need to program it so it has 3 price levels, Small, Medium, Large, and then push a PLU button. This register has been programmed with all straight PLUs and the function keys. The manual says, see your dealer. Can somebody tell me how to do this? (I have the service key).
