Beko WMA 510s not heating?

My aunts Beko WMA 510s is not heating the water.
I have tested the heating element and am getting 24 ohms.
Is there anything else that I could test? or do you have any ideas as to what else it could be?

how are you testing if the heater is working?
run a hot wash cycle and put the drain hose in to a large bin.now see if the water is hot when it drains after the wash cycle.element doesn't come straight on it runs for 10 mins or so before it activates.element is about correct ohms reading so looks good.wiring from pcb to element need continuity checking.faulty ntc sensor in the middle of the element could be an issue or a fault on the control pcb heater output
