seat alhambra window problem?

hi i have a 2002 seat alhambra and both the raer windows have stopped working at the same time all the switches have been tested and work!!! any ideas what it could be or do i need two new motors!!!

check ALL the wiring looms in the rubbers that carry the wiring from the car body to the doors.open the doors fully and you will see rubbers.broken/shorting out wiring in here causes all sorts of problems
