passenger doors wont open from outside?

anyone know how to fix passenger doors that will not open from outside on my fiat punto grande 2007

If it's just the rear doors, its more than likely to be the 'child locks'. open the doors and you will find a rounded piece of metal just poking out of the door near the lock. Just push it in the opposite position.
