If you live in Europe it will be 230V
If you live in N America it will be 115V
When you go shopping for a new shower it will be very very difficult to buy one with the wrong Voltage.
The only rating you should consider is Wattage - the power consumption. The fusing, isolation switches and electrical wiring all need to match the Wattage and current consumption of the new shower.
