Renalt Kangoo 05 car 1.5cdi?

The heater on my car only blows on max. it doesnt work on setting 1 or 2. I think it might be the resistor pack but cannot find it.Can any one help?

i found the resistor pack under the wiper blades at the front of the car between the wind screen and the bonet. Thermal fuse had blown. no need for new fuse just shorted it out. Saved £40 on new resistor pack.
