Ford Ka (1996) stalls when hot?

My daughters Ford Ka stalls when hot approaching roundaboutd, junctions etc. It starts straight away and can be started as car is still rolling. Ford garage say it might be inlet manifold or throttle flap assembly! How easy is this to fix. Any suggestions please.

I don't know but mine does the same, i thought it might be the accelerator cable which needs to be tightened so that with out a foot on the accelerator there are still revs? have you sorted the problem?
