Is the element gone, Baumatic BT187SS?

Our cooker turns on and the fan works fine but it does not heat up, does anyone know what this could be, is it the element?

It would be best to get a professional out to look at it, as there are many other factors, such as poor terminals etc, even possibly a fuse, that normally indicates an underlaying fault somewhere.
Either way, getting someone out, saves you from being electricuted and gives you someone to blame if anything goes wrong.

Element could be gone, but there are other possibilities such as your Thermostat or Switch.
As the Fan turns on though, you can probably rule out the Switch, and if you can hear the thermostat click when the temperature is varied, then you could expect something from the thermostat.
