hi
i can not open the side door at all , i have removed the side pannels inside the cables are fine i have ensured that they are loose but im still unable to unlock it, any ideas

had a few of these with the outer door handle slipping over the inner striker release lever,you can see this from the inside when the inner card is off,inner handle should still work though,usually slip the striker back behind the handle release and try and give it a wee bend to help prevent it happening again
