garmin satnav will not turn on?

It may have come in contact with water, I have put it on the radiator for a short time but it didn,t work. I have plugged the charger in to see if that would work, but no. Any ideas what else I could try

Fuse may have blown in the charger unit,
Depends upon charger but is often found at end that goes into socket-unscrew it and inspect fuse
