i was using my bissell then it cut off so i turned it of by mains then swicth it back on the red light comes on but nothing happens its like the motor as gone what could it be
hi im having probs with my bissell 1698k, no water is comming out just carpet shampoo also i needed a new water bucket as the other split i bought one of a bissell spares site entered the model no etc but it dont fit properly
