How do I install an Indesit DI620 dishwasher?

It appears from the poor instructions (pictures only) of the Indesit DI620 dishwaher that the top of the dishwaher screws to the bottom of the worktop. Is this correct as it would appear to leave no room to put your finger to turn it on and off?

correct you turn it on with the door open then when shut it will start after a few secs good luck
