Starts like normal then after a while it will just die down and cut out,when I start it again it does the same but a lot sooner even if I am revving it??

it sounds like a fuel flow problem mate,i would take the carb off and take it apart and make sure all the jets are clear,and also check the fuel vaccum tap is working ok and also try riding it with the fuel cap off just to make sure it isnt creating a vaccum in the tank.
