Tax not calculated Sharp XE-A102?

I have programed all 4 tax levels at 6% and the min I have set at .00. When I total a transaction it does not calculate the sales tax.

Do I have to program each department? I am only using Dept. 1 - Dept 4.

Yes, you need to make sure you have set each department to use tax 1,2,3 or 4. look in department programming.
