Sharon, is your fridgefreezer integrated? If so, you may well find - as I have done - that buying a new one does no good because very soon you will find yourself back in the same situation. I found that my (newish) integrated fridge kept icing up down below and going troprical above because my new kitchen had not been fitted properly. The fitter had not left a little space at each side of the freezer, so the thing kept overheating and breaking down. It has now permanently bit the dust - but there is no point in getting a new one until I get the housing sorted out. Hope that helps.
