a "mechanic drilled through the cilender head on my gilera 125 while tring to put in a helicoil for the bolt .. will chemical metal fix this problem if it is drilled half through oil bay half through cylinder creating a passage between the two ?

really it should be his problem i would make him fix it,i personally wouldnt use that stuff its just an epoxy composite and will degrade with heat and oil saturation,the proper way to fix it is take the head off and either replace it with a good secondhand one or get it welded a good tig welder would be able to do it.
