Where can I buy replacement rocker springs?

The furniture store where I bought my Berkline rocker recliner has had to come twice in the past 11 months and replace rocker springs. This chair is not used hard. The springs are very flimsy and weak. Can you tell me if there is somewhere I can buy stronger springs for this chair? I've searched for a Berkline parts supplier but am having no luck finding just the springs I'm looking for.

Contact Berkline to have them send you replacement rocker springs again. There are no such thing as "stronger springs"
Chalk it up to bad luck that you had to have them replaced twice already.
