triton T70si shower now only delivers cold water on all settings, and at greatly reduced pressure. is this terminal?

Unit is only a couple of years old, so would expect it to function a little longer than this.

Cold water supply to the unit remains constant but nothing hot, and only at a trickle, so can it be economically repaired, or is a replacement necessary?
