how can i fix my citroen saxo?

i have a citroen saxo 1124cc east coast, and found that its internal blowers(hot and cold, in all selected modes) fails to work, also on the same fuse is the rear heated window that fails to work also. ive looked at the fuse and thats fine but there isnt any current over said fuse and im about to lose my patience and take a sledge-hammer to the damn car!!!!! can anyone help, PLEASE?????

My Heated Rear windscreen has failed to work, the dash button light still comes on, also checked the fuse and its fine. Someone mentioned it could be the alternator, knocking off power...

To go any further you need to see where the feed for that fuse comes from. To do that you need a circuit dagram. I suggest a quick trip to the library for a peek at the Haynes manual.
