how do i fix my mobile phone when its saying the phone cannot be charged it has to have a sony ericsson battery in the phone but it has got a sony ericsson battrey in it.
I had this problem before and was told by 2 repair shops to bin it cause they cant be repaired cheaply. That is untrue i repaired mine for free. you need to borrow a bettery that is at least 50% charged (or use the original one if it still got charge) plug it into the pc by usb cable and download and install the sony erricson update software. when ran it will ask if you wish to update your phone to the latest firmware. select yes and when it has finished the phone will charge perfectly fine again. if you need help finding the software or require further help then email me on robertbaker667(at)hotmail.com
