Really depends upon what needs repairing is it dented broken scratched??
If lightly scratched you could try removing the scratch with metal polish (check the effect it has on the surface first, say on the underside / none noticeable area)
Rub very gently then polish afterwards with silicone furnisher polish.
DO TRY ON A TEST AREA FIRST AS STATED
