2003 Piaggio NRG MC3, what's wrong with it?

My 50cc Piaggio is starting and running, but there is no power when trying to pull away. I have replaced the clutch and drivebelt as the belt was slipping and i thought that the clutch wasn't throwing out. I am quite a heavy lad at 16 stone. But when i take my weight of the bike it seems to accelerate fine. But surely it should be able to handle my weight. I am fed up of buying new parts and the problem still exists. I believe that the clutch isn't throwing out but it's not a clutch that is broken as it is brand new. Please Help!

I've managed to narrow it down to the carb. I have cleaned it out and it seems to work fine for a while... Then it loses power again. Which is a pain in the arse when on main roads with early monday morning drivers up your arse. I have a Giliani Silencer on it.

singe, if it was a problem with low compression caused by a damaged piston and /or barrel it wouldnt start and idle (tickover) as marcus says, as the least amount of compression is made at tickover engine speed as it gets more time to pass any damaged parts of the piston rings or barrel scores.

please just tell me what type of exhaust it has on it,and im 16 stone + and a speedfight 50 will still pull me along so its nothing to do with your weight mate.
