noisy indesit wil123s?

When my indesit WIL 123S is emptying it becomes very noisy ?

Have similar problem very noisy when emptying, lots of knocking, i've removed lid and found that the concrete " think they might be dampers" bolted around the the drum at the front are both loose and half broken on the floor, hope i can replace them
