The engine is not working, and the brakes have locked on due to lack of air. How can i release the brakes manualy

You can either put air into the tanks through the air pressure test points and an air compressor or undo the lock nut on the back of the spring brake chamber and screw out the adjuster bolt, repeate on both chambers. Make sure the wheels are chocked as doing this will mean you have no hand brake and with no air you will have no foot brake either.
