White Knight Tumble dryer doesn't spin?

I've got a White Knight CL447WV tumble dryer that just starts spinning then stops. If you push it it spins a bit longer then stops.
Advice on here was to change the capacitor which I have done but it's made no difference.
Any other suggestions pleeeease !
