Ryobi 4545 chainsaw cuts out when under load?

My Ryobi 4545 chainsaw starts fine but after around 30 seconds of use cuts out. After it stops if I remove then replace the fuel filler cap it will start and run again for around the same time. It is worse when the fuel tank is full.
Any sugestions.
I have cleaned the air filter and the in tank fuel filter and breather. The machine is around 4 years old, has done a bit of work but has not been over used.

In the top of the fuel cap there has to be a very very small air passage so that as fuel is used, it doesn't create a vacuum. When you said that the issue occurs more with a full tank, . . .that is because there is less air in the tank. Once a small amount of fuel has been used, if it isn't replaced with air, then the flow of gas will stop because of a vacuum

check carburetor for worn out parts, fuel pump, etc, all inside the carb.the parts that have movement inside the carb, check gaskets between the carb and the housing, check the stator for dirt under flywheel, clean of debre where the air flow at the cooling fins. adjust the high setting for high rpm,if need to be adusted. check compression ,this could be done by remove the spark plug. place thumb at the spark plug hole and pull rope starter,if you feel pressure at the thumb or air coming thru the hole while pulling the starter, the compression is okay.

Too lean in the mix. Requires adjustment but better to give to someone experienced as it's easy to damage the saw.
