ive got a aeon cobra 100,i have lost my keys,there is 6 wires goin 2 the bk of the ignition.i have snipped them,n tried to wire them,but it is now not runnin rite.

2 wires go one way and 2 the other way, not them all together to hot wire the aeon cobra 100, you may need few fuse as trying the wires see what's what blows the fuses, will post pic tomoz of a hot wired cobra aeon 100, not stolen simply lost the one key that came with.
Only paid £100 on it needing 4 tyres and seat recovering..

katie call me tomorrow and ill have a look in my book while your on the phone to see how many wires the switch has on it,the switches i have are actually for aeon quads so it should be exactly right also ill give you a price for it too i can easily post it to you.

buy a new switch for it i can get a pattern one if you want one cheaper than a genuine aeon one,i used to be a seller of aeon quads ! 01908 567467

its not worth getting a new ignition for redy for a new 1 soon but mite as well get as much use out of it as i can ta

It may be a mistake for you to hot-wire your ignition - somebody could easily steal it!

Best surely to buy a new switch or better still have a new key made.

There are mobile locksmiths who specialise in car locks and keys - a Quad Bike should be easy for them.
