Should the green override light be on or off when working normally?

Don't understand 'override' light?
There are two green lights, one to indicate the burner is alight (by the flame symbol), the other is an eco setting button, this is a user preference setting as to whether you want the hot water to be pre-heated.

Lit up = no pre-heat
