i went to change the bag the other day and realised there was a blockage at the top of the hose; i pulled it all out and since then it's appeared to have been overheating and then cutting out - it will only go for a few minutes at a time before dying.

what could i have done to her?! grateful for any help

this has also just happened to me after a blockage in the hose, let me know if you find out what is wrong??
