how can i fix my zanussi ZKC5030W1?

i think the element is broken, it caused the electric switch to trip out. the fan still works but not getting hot

fan heating element blown.lots of these elements can be replace from inside the oven cavity if you remove the metal panel covering the fan you can see rotating at the back
