How to get to Element of Candy TCP21 1X Oven?

Hi, my element has gone.
I cant figure out how to get to the old one in order to replace it. I have taken the back panel off, and can see the element attachments, but there is a metal plate that I cannot figure out how to remove. Does anyone know how to get to the element?
thanks in advance

I also have this issue and would be interested in the answer. It does not appear to be as straightforward as other ovens where you can do this from inside the oven.

There are a lot of wires which I would like to avoid disturbing in order to replace the element to the lower oven (Candy TCP21/1x)
