Storage Heater XMS724N will not come on.
Have two others which are working fine.

I have just replaced the cut out kit using a 9509013 repair kit as detailed on the dimplex site BUT MY HEATER STILL DOESN'T TURN ON.... Any suggestions?

The most common fault is what has just been described above. The thermal cut out burns out due to the bad design, ( Being mounted directly on top of the brick housing)
I am an engineer and can supply/ supply fit the retro fit thermal cut out which can elviate this problem for good. Call Thomas on 07593127100.

you will need to check the cut out by removing the front panel,if its burnt up it will require a repair kit
