zanussi zj1218 w built in washine machine?

Hi our Washine machine has just started to smoke below by the filter. When I checked the filter it was full of water?!

Please help as we are both at the end of our tether as money is also tight at the moment due to work cutbacks...

hi clifton services...

I will change the pump but will this resolve the display as this has gone off when we plug the machine on. When we try a press the on button is makes a buzz/crunch sound!?
