Something loose inside handset, How do I take the cover off to see inside after removal of 2 retaining screws.

Hi Guys.
You gotta be brave!
the two dark coloured trims down each side need to come off.
they slide down in relation to the body of the phone then there's the usual teeth and holes.
need to pry it down from the bottom with a small screwdriver or bradawl.
squirt of meths on the keypad then usually cures all.
