ICE MAKER DOESNT WORK?

MY ICE MAKER DOESNT WORK PROPERLY, ITS A FRIGIDAIRE MODEL #FRS23R4AW8. IT FILLS WITH WATER AND MAKES ICE BUT IT DOESNT TURN TO DUMP THE ICE, IF I MANULY TURN THE LEVER UP THEN DOWN IT WILL DROP THE ICE.
