zafira 06 heater ?

car only 'warms' up when slow or stationary..when driving normally very little warmth comes through to car...also suspect mpg on the low side..could this be thermostat if so where is it or does it need a garage repair.

you need a new thermostat go to library and get a workshop manual out and has piks and tells you how to do it
