how do you break in a new piston?

I've just successfully fitted a mallossi 70cc bore kit to my piaggio nrg mc3)air cooled)

how long, how fast, and how far should I run it before I can start opening up?

run it at half throttle for about 500 miles john and i would suggest a little cap of 2 stroke oil chucked in the fuel tank everytime you fill up as a std oil pump only delivers enough oil for a 50cc piston really.
